The process that differentiate ECOPAC, from others
  • The aeration is economic and efficient, does not required expensive blowers, compressors, neither diffuser, which presents a constant serious clogging problem. The ECOPAC system uses injectors that overloads the residual water with oxygen, no matter the depth of the aeration tank. The ECOPAC system does not required operational qualified personnel, the tank is equipped with submerge pumps.

  • Fixed Film System: The synthetic biofilter, increases the biomass volume of the tank, therefore increases the efficiency of the system. The biomass adheres to the fixed film, consequently enlarging the diversity of microorganisms, providing more stability when facing contaminants, variations on the flow and the load of DBO. The generated sludge is reduced to its minimum. It is great advantage over other conventional systems of activating sludge.
